Nat Winterson

Nat has been teaching yoga since 2021, but she’s been practicing since her early 20s. Initially, she wasn't a fan of the movement part, but yoga became her tool to cope with anxiety and CPTSD in her mid-30s. Nat’s not naturally flexible and has no background in gymnastics or dance – she’s just a regular person dedicated to consistent practice.

 

Disillusioned by social media’s portrayal of yoga, Nat’s passion for teaching grew from sharing her practice with others facing their own struggles. With a background in psychology and psychotherapy, she uses yoga holistically, focusing on body, mind, and spirit.
