A GUIDED SELF ASSESSMENT

Welcome to the Pathway to Wellness Self-Assessment. This set of questions is designed to help you reflect on your health and wellness across the eight pillars of wellness: emotional, physical, social, occupational, intellectual, environmental, financial, and spiritual. By thoughtfully considering each question, you can gain valuable insights into your current state of wellbeing.
This reflection is an essential step in identifying areas for growth and creating new goals and action plans towards a healthier, more balanced future. Let's embark on this journey to enhance your overall wellness and enrich your life.
We suggest you take each pillar in turn, and with a blank piece of paper and a pen, consider each of the ten questions and how they relate to your current wellbeing. How do they make you feel? Do they trigger thoughts and ideas? let the questions lead you wherever they need to. Perhaps create a scoring system to allow you to revisit this page in future and draw some comparisons. It could be as simple as a score out of five for each point.
After a period of reflection, consider creating some simple actions to rectify any areas where you feel you need to make progress. Remember small sustainable changes are better than trying to change everything without long term success.
