Welcome to Pilates
Pilates forms a large part of our timetable and we are very lucky to have Birgitte from Spiral Pilates as our lead instructor. Birgitte is an experienced Physio Therapist who has seen in her practice the very tangible benefits of Pilates for a wide range of individuals. Gitte currently teaches three classes on a Tuesday and is looking to expand into more options from September.
Pilates is incredibly accessible for those who are restricted in movement, recovering from injury, to those looking for a more dynamic core strengthening arm to their fitness regime. In talking through our practice with our instructors and with some of our clients, we thought it might be important to really explain what is Physio led pilates, Birgittes approach, what are the benefits and why you should probably give it a go! As we grow our class schedule in September we would love to see you on the Mat. Let us know how we can support your own personal wellness journey.
